| if he dynoed in 3rd gear (ROFLMAO), then your car shows it's stronger on the dyno then it really is. Actually, it shows how much HP you are putting to the ground in 3rd gear. But 4th gear is the benchmark for RWHP. And your not supposed to 'add' anything to get your new number. Sounds like they were funning with you at your expense (time and money). sorry.
